一、Project Manager (Shanghai, Guangzhou)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be fully responsible for the management of the construction site of the project, and formulate a scientific and feasible construction plan according to the overall planning and design progress. (Pharmaceutical industry, electronics industry, hospital operating room, ICU, etc.)

2. Implement relevant national laws and regulations, strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, and take overall responsibility for the final realization of management goals such as project implementation quality, progress, cost, safety, and civilized construction.

3. Pay attention to the progress and quality of the project, and be responsible for coordinating major issues between Party A, the design unit, and the supervision unit.

4. Organize various project missions, coordinate and solve the design, material, construction and other problems in the project.

5. Responsible for the commissioning and testing of the HVAC system of the built project, as well as the overall project completion acceptance, quality assessment, project final accounts, etc., and do a good job in sorting and archiving the engineering data of each project.

6. Before starting construction, formulate the project schedule, material plan and subcontracting plan according to the company's requirements. During the construction process, it is necessary to submit the project weekly/monthly schedule and weekly/daily report on time according to the requirements of Party A and the company.

7. The project manager leads the deepening of the design drawings, including the set of drawings between various disciplines, the refinement of construction drawings, and the arrangement of clean room wall panels.

8. The project manager leads the coordination and management of on-site labor subcontracting. It is required to hold a team closing meeting every day, and to conduct regular team safety education.

9. Accept the company's regular and irregular quality and safety inspections, and make timely rectification and reply in accordance with the inspection requirements.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. HVAC engineering, electrical engineering, automation, building environment and equipment engineering, engineering management, electromechanical and other related majors, college degree or above.

2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the purification engineering industry, and more than 2 years of experience in independently responsible for the implementation of purification engineering projects.

3. Familiar with purification engineering, office decoration construction standards and technical specifications, master purification workshop design specifications and GMP certification acceptance standards.

4. Familiar with all the processes of the whole project: preliminary planning, design, construction, installation, acceptance of concealed works, and acceptance of completion.

5. Have a certain professional foundation for HVAC, electrical, building decoration, water supply and drainage, medical gas, purified water and other systems.

6. Familiar with the air volume, pressure difference, cleanliness debugging and testing methods of the clean HVAC system.

7. Skilled use of AutoCAD drawing software and Office and other office software.

8. Have good communication, coordination skills, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and can withstand greater work pressure.

二、Sales Engineer (Shanghai, Guangzhou)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the collection of customer project procurement information and the analysis of competitors;

3. Deeply excavate customer needs, provide customers with practical solutions, and reach cooperation intentions;

4. According to customer requirements, complete the production of plans, quotations and tenders;

5. Responsible for contract signing and collection of funds;

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, fresh graduates are acceptable, and the background of science and engineering is preferred;

2. Gender is not limited, age is 24-30 years old, and those with relevant work experience in laboratory construction engineering sales, instrument equipment sales, hospital medical equipment sales, decoration engineering sales, project management, engineering design, etc. are preferred;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with the project budget threshold and relevant budget preparation regulations, keep abreast of material prices and market trends, familiar with relevant national and local statistical laws, statistical reporting systems and related regulations, and organize project budgets based on this;

2. Participate in the bidding work, participate in the formulation of contract planning according to the characteristics of the project, compile the professional terms of the bidding project, and cooperate with the bidding and bidding negotiation;

3. Project estimates and budgets: According to the preliminary design and construction drawings, be responsible for preparing the estimates and budgets, and formulate the project payment plan according to the project progress plan;

4. Responsible for reviewing the completion settlement documents, determining the settlement price, assisting the project manager in handling the completion settlement procedures, and completing the filing of the project settlement data;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in construction engineering, engineering cost, etc., junior title or above, cost engineer certificate (secondary cost engineer) or cost engineer certificate;

2. More than 3 years of work experience, independent operation and management of more than 5 million projects with a construction cost of not less than 3;

3. Familiar with construction project cost management, with professional knowledge of architectural decoration and installation;

4. Have a strong ability to understand drawings (installation/decoration); be able to independently measure engineering quantities and group prices, understand project cost accounting, and be proficient in using various professional software for project pre-settlement and settlement (Glodon, Zhiduoxing, Shenji Miaosuan, etc.);

2. Participate in the disclosure, cooperation and negotiation of the project construction site, and follow up the construction site to rectify the drawings when necessary to solve the construction difficulties;

3. Responsible for the engineering quantity calculation and review of the process specialty;

4. Assist in the bidding work, be responsible for providing technical standards for engineering bidding, and answering questions about engineering drawings in the bidding;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above in interior design, environmental art design and other related majors;

2. Three years or above experience in tooling engineering design, experience in purification engineering, laboratory, animal room, hospital decoration, etc. is preferred;

3. Experience in office furniture industry or interior design is preferred;

4. Skilled in operating AUTOCAD, PS and other design software;

5. Strong communication skills and comprehension skills, and clear thinking;

6. Responsible, conscientious, cautious, good at learning, have passion for work, and have good professional quality.

五、Electrical designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Accept the design tasks assigned by the technical director, and carry out the design work according to the relevant national standards;

2. Complete the electrical drawing design and design docking work from the scheme to the construction drawing design, including the electrical construction drawing of lighting, sockets, air conditioners, processes and other related equipment;

3. Compile design instructions and calculation data, collect and organize electrical design documents;

4. Assist in the bidding work, be responsible for providing technical standards for engineering bidding, and answer questions about engineering drawings in the bidding;

5. Cooperate with other majors to answer questions and make necessary revisions to electrical design issues;

6. Assist in solving professional problems encountered in the process of on-site construction;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:    

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical and electrical, construction equipment, etc.;

2. More than 3 years of electrical design work experience, familiar with relevant specifications and software, and able to independently complete electrical design work; fresh graduates with excellent results in electrical design are also welcome;
